The mixed use project includes a new office building for Windermere Real Estate and a "U" shaped residential courtyard at the rear of the site. The homes facing the court include carriage units, townhouses and stacked flats.  This design draws from the rich tradition of 1920's era courtyard apartments found throughou the West Coast.
